Gluten-free Pasta lessons coming soon

After some requests (and encouragement from my students) I have decided to create a pasta making lesson with gluten free flour. After many tests we have found that it tastes excatly the same as regular pasta so why not treat yourself to this lesson?

Write to us for details!

M, I love that you're offering a GF cooking lesson! I can't wait to hear about the dishes you include, and your GF pasta recipe. I've made a few attempts at altering egg noodles. I can say that almond meal makes a deliciously nutty pasta, but only partially substituting wheat flour. I hope you're enjoying summer. I'm sure this is a very busy time for you.

Thanks for your comment. It is an incredibly busy time and am looking forward to some quiet time at the end of October to experiment some more.

I am using a gluten free flour for now and hope to come up with a mix of my own that can replicate the results obtained with the GF flour. Just so that people who cannot find GF flour can make their own. So far all shapes work, except the fancy tortelloni and tortellini. Regular tortelli (square shape) or triangles come out and stay closed when boiled, just fine. Not to mention the taste, no difference at all from the regular flour.
take care
